I saw a few things that was giving him so much +spell power(i.e zg trinket, priest spell, pots) but the video was so badly pixelated (or am I noob @ google videos?

A whole bunch of Shamans and some alliance got together to set it up. <large amount> of Shamans all put Stormstrike debuffs (+20% nature spell damage) on the warrior at the same time, and the warrior was in berserker stance with recklessness up for 30% increased damage, and bam, 25K CL crit.

Edit: Watching the video again, they pretty much explain how they did it.

Torka pretty much explained it, they stacked Stormstrike (about 16 of them from memory) onto a single target, then yeah, bang.

Much like the reckoning bomb, stormstrike was "fixed" to no longer be able to stack pretty quickly IIRC.
