Just remember to do heaps of stretching,namely your back,neck...and hammys will get the mean workout too so give them plenty.You might be sore from your prac,but once you've warmed up and actually playing you should feel like a million bucks.

I once went to my mates prac to watch,ended up on the wing that saturday cause in the prac,I zoomed around their left winger
So anyway.... after I got squashed by this Tongan bulldozer,I vowed to NEVER go to another prac in my life!He still haunts me:/
